Sangbum Ahn is an artist and filmmaker whose practice explores the shifting relations between nature and technology, perception and communication, and management systems and nonhuman agency through moving image and sound installation. Recently, his work has examined how anthropogenic interventions into the environment come into conflict with nature’s homeostatic processes, tracing ecological vulnerabilities and signs of slow collapse paradoxically revealed by infrastructures designed to stabilise and control such conditions.
